IBS is a tricky one. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is life altering, yet little is known about this malady that can change a patient’s life and reduce the quality of life –including painful sexual intercourse. Since nearly seven in 10 suffering from IBS are women, it obviously is a serious women’s health concern. The most common symptoms are bloating, constipation, diarrhea or alternating bouts of diarrhea and constipation. |

OK, folks; it's winter, cold and dark. No one has any money, and none of us knows for sure when things will get better. We need a picker-upper hat will raise spirits without depleting out dwindling bank accounts. For a lucky group of people who are parents, that might be sex together, IF ONLY there were some way to get away from the kids. |
